BUILDING PERMITS
Building Permits are available through the County Planning and Zoning Department. In the case of a home, contact your plumber to get a sanitary permit. When you have that in your hands, call Planning and Zoning, and they will walk you through the application process. Accessory buildings just need a permit. Your application and payment need to be sent to Marathon County, and they will send you their approval and hard card to post. RIGHT-OF-WAY PERMIT
To work in the town's Right-of-Way, you will need to fill out this permit application. Once you fill out this permit application, this permit should be sent via email to chairman@townofspencerwi.gov and clerk@townofspencerwi.gov. Please take a look at the application for additional information.
FIREWORKS PERMIT
To light off fireworks within the township, you will need to fill out this permit application.
