BUILDING PERMITS
Building Permits are available through the County Planning and Zoning Department. In the case of a home, contact your plumber to get a sanitary permit. When you have that in your hands, call Planning and Zoning, and they will walk you through the application process. Accessory buildings just need a permit. Your application and payment need to be sent to Marathon County, and they will send you their approval and hard card to post.
